| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's idea on the theme of the times is a crystallization of the collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China. His idea came into being in accordance with the actual historical conditions at his time and was of great realistic significance. It's the prerequisite of our effort to undertake our domestic construction, and the basis on which we make the international strategy and our foreign policies. |
