农村家族在具有延续传统文化、为村民提供一定集体保障、向基层权威供给合法性和发展农村市民社会的潜在现代价值，要发挥这些价值就需要在纠正社会上的农村家族偏见和依法整治家族非法行为的同时，积极构建以家族为本位的农村选委会、监委会和组委会制度，借此创新家族的农村政治参与渠道。
