Observations of the Problem Concerning the Disadvantaged Groups in China in Its Transitional Period

China is now in a critical transitional time when there appear hierarchical diversifications of social groups and,when some relevant problems about the disadvantaged groups have also become increasingly apparent due to the ac- celeration of the diversification of various social groups.Facing such problems,we have to take a serious consideration and in our practical work,seek for effective measures so that we can skillfully cope with some serious problems occurring in the 21st century in the course of political development in China.
