| 摘 要： | 犯罪心理测试技术有其心理学的科学基础，编题过程和测试过程亦有着科学基础，这一技术在侦查中能够发挥重要作用。我们应当以科学的、辩证的态度对待犯罪心理测试技术及其测试结论，既要敢于应用这项先进技术的科学性，为侦查工作服务；又要注意客观地对待这项技术的作用及其本身固有的局限性。
