| 摘 要： | 网络服务提供者的信息披露义务，是针对特定网络服务提供者产生的，附条件、带有强制性的义务。依法作出的信息披露有阻却违法的作用。信息披露义务的形成与网络侵权的特性密切相关。信息披露有公力与私力两种模式，我国以采私力模式为宜。

| Abstract: | The obligation of disclose information of Network Service Provider is a special, quali- fied and mandatory obligation. The information that be disclosed according to the law won＇t be seen as illegal. The obligation is related to the characteristic of network infringement. There are two mod- els for The Network Service Provider to disclose the information. One is by private, the other is by power. The private model is appropriate to china. |
