| 摘 要： | 在同一张膜上测定了18例无关个体血样,并计算出α-珠蛋白-3'HVR探针DNA指纹图的相关机率为4.0×10~(-12),平均每条谱带的相关机率为0.21。用此探针检验的14起强奸案和6起亲子鉴定案均获得肯定的结论。

| Abstract: | DNA fingerprint of blood samples from 18 unrelated individuals on the same membrane was analyzed with a-globin-3'-HVR probe. The statistical calculation showed that the probability of association chance of DNA fingerprint of two random individuals was 3.2×10~(-12). The mean probability of association chance for each band was 0.21. The affirmative result was obtained in all of 14 rape and 6 paternity dispute cases with this probe. |
