| 摘 要： | 司法实践中,看守所服刑罪犯减刑假释工作存在不规范甚至混乱的现象,主要原因是此类罪犯减刑假释问题缺乏具体、可操作性的刑法规范。因此,从统一看守所减刑假释案件呈报程序以及行政奖励标准等角度入手,规范看守所减刑假释工作乃应有之义。
