| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查发现高校的法律教育存在诸多问题,针对这些问题,从完善《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程视角,国家应合理设置高校法律教育机制,高校要从大学生心理入手,本着以人为本,探索高校法律教育新模式,思政教师要提高自身的法律素质、合理安排法律课程、改革授课方式,以多种途径提高法律教育的效力,提升大学生的法律修养。

| Abstract: | The author finds out there are problems in legal education for college students through the questionnaire method. My proposal is that the administration of education should set up a legal education mechanism, starting from the students＂ interests psychologically. And thus in a new model can the teachers promote legal cultivation.of students more effectively by sharpening their own legal awareness, innovating teaching methods, making a good arrangement of the law course. |
