全球化、文化自觉与青少年发展

很多中国民众 (包括青少年 )对 91 1事件的不正常反应和对美国的矛盾心理表明全球化背景下文化自觉的重要性。中国传统文化的局限性仍对现实的社会生活和人们的思维及行为方式有一定的影响 ,这无论对中国融入世界的过程还是对青少年人格的发展都是不利的。我们应引导青少年正确对待中国传统文化和世界主流文化 ,在文化适应的高度上把青少年培养成合格的全球化人才。

Globalization, cultural consciousness, and the growth of youth

The importance of cultural consciousness under a globalization environment has been sufficiently represented in the unusual response and the contradictory mind quite a few people, including those juveniles, had taken towards the event of September 11th. The limitation of the Chinese traditional culture is still somehow influential on the actually social life and the people's mind and behaviors. This is undoubtedly unhelpful to either the process of Chinese internationalization or the growth of youth's personality. We should instruct the youth to treat appropriately both the Chinese traditional culture and the mainstream culture of the world for cultivating them into a qualified international talent.
