正确贯彻个性教育理念必须注意处理好以下几方面的问题:首先,明确个性教育的对立面是划一性教育而不是集体主义教育;其次,要正确处理个性教育与全面发展、特长培养之间的关系;最后,要克服两种错误思想倾向:一是实施个性教育就要多开展文艺、体育科技活动;二是要实施个性教育就要尽量减少考试。
