| 摘 要： | 改善改造环境、营造改造氛围的真正内涵:监狱应当以人为本,在法律和监狱制度框架内,探索和实践一切有益于罪犯改造的方法和手段,促进改造质量的进一步提高。当前,迫切需要做好监狱警察职位分类、充分利用男监中的女警资源,确立罪犯的改造主体地位,切实保障罪犯人权。

| Abstract: | The real intension of improving the transforming environment , and building transforming atmosphere is: prison should put people at the first place, explore and practise all valuable method and means which is of value to the criminals transform in the law and prison system frame , promote the further improvement of quality. At present , position classification should be done, the women police in the man prison should be fully utilized , establish the subject transforming status of the criminal, and ensure criminal's human rights conscientiously. |
