| 摘 要： | 信息技术在高校体育教学中的广泛应用，不仅提高了高校体育教学的质量，同时更加丰富了体育教学方法。要在高校体育教学中更好地应用信息技术，需要通过建立基于信息技术的教学平台、利用信息技术制造动态教学课件、构建学生体育素质信息管理系统等方式来实现。

| Abstract: | The wide application of information technology in the teaching of Physical Education in colleges not only improves the quality of the teaching activities, but also enriches the teaching methods for the course. We should realize better application of information technology in the teaching of Physical Education in colleges through the following approaches such as establishing teaching platform based on information technology, depending on information technology to make dynamitic courseware, and building information management system on students＇ physical qualities. |
