城镇化进程中文化景观的保护

近年来，随着我国城镇化进程的加快，文化景观遭受了不同程度的破坏，甚至一些具有历史、文化价值的文化景观也面临消失。现阶段我国文化景观的现状不容乐观，究其原因主要有政府政绩观不合理、公众文化观扭曲、城市经济发展方式粗放、城市规划和管理不足、规章制度不完善等方面。在新型城镇化战略背景下，可以从制度完善、经济文化统筹发展、优化城市规划和转变观念等角度，切实加强文化景观的保护。

Protection of Cultural Sceneries in the Course of Urbanization

During recent years, with the fast urbanization in China, cultural sceneries have been more or less damaged. Even some with historical and cultural values are in danger of disappearing. Nowadays, the status quo of cultural sceneries is rather poor. There are several reasons for that including, governments＇ unreasonable view on achievements, distorted public view on culture, rough modes for urban economic development, insufficient urban plan and management, imperfect regulations, etc. In the background of new urbanization strategy, we can strengthen protection of cultural sceneries in the following aspects such as perfecting system, over-planning development for economy and culture, optimizing urban plans, and changing ideas, etc.
