论刑侦信息意识的培养

刑侦信息意识,是指刑侦人员和专门情报工作人员对刑侦情报信息客观存在的反映过程及其选择、吸收、利用情报进行创造性思维的一种能力。由于自身思想认识及目的不明确,一部分民警在刑事犯罪信息工作中表现出意识不强。因此,必须从加强刑事侦查情报理论知识的学习,培养情报主体高度的事业心和强烈的责任感;积极参加刑事侦查信息工作,不断积累实际经验;培养刑侦信息主体的观察发现能力;要善于汲取、借鉴别人的做法和经验等方面提高侦查人员的信息意识。

On Developing the Awareness of Criminal Investigation Information

The awareness of criminal investigation information is a course, that detectives and intelligence make a reflection on the criminal investigation information, and an ability, that they reflect the information creatively while choosing , absorbing and utilizing it. Due to unclear cognition and purpose, a part of police often show weak awareness. Thus, detectives' awareness of information must be developed by adding theoretical study to the improvement of their dedication and sense of responsibility, actively taking part in the information work to accumulate experiences, developing their capabilities of observing, as well as getting progress in learning from others.
