| 摘 要： | 当前由各种矛盾和利益冲突引发的农村群体性事件日益增多,成为影响农村社会安全、稳定和发展的一个重要因素。积极完善农村社会保障机制,健全农民利益诉求机制,加强农村基层民主建设,构建法治社会,是解决这类群体性事件的最终途径。

| Abstract: | At present,rural group events caused by various contradictions and conflicts of interest are increasing and have become an important factor influencing the security,stability and development of rural society.It is the best way to solve such group events to complete the rural social security system actively,improve the demands mechanism of farmers’ interests,strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots democracy,and build a society ruled by law. |
