| Abstract: | Mastery of the source of validity of contract is the essence of the theory in western law.The source of validity of contract is the result of the joint action between the will of parties concerned under positive trust and the potential protection of national law under negative trust.The construction of relevant system of validity of contract within contract law system in our country is conducive to the development of our socialist market economy. |
