| 摘 要： | 基础设施建设搭载国防功能法律制度问题,是一种跨越经济领域、军事领域和法律领域的特殊社会现象。我国基础设施搭载国防功能法律法规体系的建立,应该依托国家的法制化进程,逐步完备基础设施搭载国防功能的法律系统,完善其军民兼容技术标准化法律制度及相关评估法律制度。

| Abstract: | The legal system of infrastructure construction equipped with defense function is a special social phenomenon across economic,military and legal spheres.The establishment of the legal system of our national infrastructure equipped with defense function should rely on national legalization process,improve the legal system of infrastructure equipped with defense function gradually,and perfect its legal system of standardized military and civilian compatible technology and relevant assessment of legal system. |
