| 摘 要： | 刑事诉讼监督是检察机关作为国家法律监督机关的主要职责之一,而刑事诉讼监督职能是否得到充分发挥,关系到刑事诉讼活动的公正与否。文章以基层司法机关工作者的视觉,分析了当前监督工作的重点、难点,主张基层司法机关应强化监督意识,敢于自我监督,并加强队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Criminal supervision is one of major duties of procuratorial organs as national legal supervisory authority.Whether the supervisory functions in criminal proceedings can be brought into full play is related to whether criminal activities are fair or not.In the vision of the workers in primary judicial organs,the author analyzes the focus and difficulty of current supervision and claims that primary judicial organs should enhance the awareness of supervision,dare to self-monitor,and strengthen team construction. |
