| 摘 要： | 民事检察建议分为一般检察建议和再审检察建议,文章从检察机关的性质、我国市场经济建设和发展的要求、实现实体法律的正义性以及反腐倡廉等方面探讨了加强民事检察建议工作的必要性,分析了民事检察建议书在制作与功能发挥中的若干问题。

| Abstract: | Civil prosecution recommendations can be divided into general procuratorial recommendations and retrial procuratorial recommendations.The article discusses the necessity of strengthening the work of civil prosecution recommendations through the nature of procuratorial organs,the requirement of our market economy’s construction and development,the realization of the justice of the substantive law and anti-corruption,and then analyzes some problems in making civil prosecution proposal and its functioning. |
