| 摘 要： | 高职生是不同于普通大学生的特殊群体。因此，对高职大学生日常教育管理模式应采用如下原则：差异化原则；以人为本原则等。对其日常教育管理的途径有传统教育管理手段和现代管理教育手段相结合；学校教育与自我教育相结合等。
