| Abstract: | The ideological and political work at basic level should break through the available model of penetration from top to bottom but should take the way of thinking in an opposite direction to convey feedbacks of workers and staff members' ideological trends from the team and group level to the basic level and then to the higher levels. And this way of doing work is the most practical and the most effective new and modern thinking of doing ideological and political work. |
