| 摘 要： | 村党支部作为党的基层组织,是社会主义新农村建设的领导核心和决策核心。面对新形势,一部分村党支部在自身建设、发展能力、领导方式和驾驭能力等方面表现出不适应。针对存在的问题,村党支部要加强自身建设,夯实组织保证,理清发展思路,激发创业热情,加强村党支部建设与新农村建设的结合,发挥好村党支部在新农村建设中的战斗保垒作用。

| Abstract: | As a Party's primary organization,the village Party branch is the leading core of new socialist countryside construction,and therefore it should make greater efforts to improve itself,get its ideas into shape,arouse villagers' start-up fervour and integrate the building of the village Party branch with the building of new socialist countryside in order to play a good role of combat stronghold. |
