| 摘 要： | 我国侦查法制建设应以“完善侦查立法是侦查法制化的基础”和“树立侦查主体法制观念是实现侦查法制化的关键”的基本观点,来树立侦查指导思想、侦查活动性质、侦查活动任务方面的法制观念,纠正与之相对应的错误观念。在完善侦查立法方面,关于侦查原则、侦查权分配、侦查措施、侦查监督都要有新的具体设想。

| Abstract: | We should hold the basic ideas that legality of investigation is based on the perfect legislation of investigation and the investigative subjects' awareness of the law is the key point in realizing legality of investigation.Moreover,it's necessary to en-hance the awareness of the law in the aspects such as guiding ideology,character and task of investigative activities,correct some wrong thinking and put forward tentative ideas in perfecting legislation of investigation. |
