Strengthening the cooperation of regional tourism and building up tourist cooperation zones have been becoming a trend around the world.The condition and timing to construct"the Cross-strait Tourist Zone"proposed by Fujian province have gradually stepped into the stage of maturity.From the angle of the efficiency of regional cooperation, accelerating the construction of"the Cross-strait Tourist Zone"will put an active and important impact on Taiwan lying in the east of the Taiwan Strait,that is,to promote the competitiveness of Taiwan tourist industry by establishing the cross-strait tourist brand,to balance the quantity of tourists in and out of Taiwan by expanding the market of tourist source, and to reduce the cost of tourism by actualizing the unblocked tourism in the region.
