Abstract:Exhibition is one of the main source of information for enterprises to gain the competitive intelligence. Firstly, this paper introducess briefly the China-ASEAN Expo and the basic content of competitive intelligence, then analyze deeply the advantages of the expo in gaining the competitive intelligence and finally proposes the measures to get competitive intelligence from three aspects, namely the plan before exhibition, the collection during the exhibition and the conclusion after the exhibition.
