| 摘 要： | 经过十多年的发展,我国刑事诉讼法的再修改已提上日程。其再修改,必须在和谐理念指导下进行。立案程序的改革,也必须以和谐理念为指导。立案程序作为刑事诉讼活动的启动程序,其重要性不言而喻。然而,当前立案程序中仍存在不少问题,亟待改进。
