Revelation and application of information technology in public administration reform in India

Using information technology in public sector reform is functional and potential. There are many causes led to its unsuccessful applying even in such IT-developed countries as India. The major cause is senior officials' IT knowledge, ability and attitude. Indian experiences on this aspect highlight the public sector reform in developing countries.
