印度尼西亚本土汉语师资培训中的一些问题及策略

汉语师资匮乏已然成为阻碍汉语国际教育的一大瓶颈问题。如何更有效地、更多地培养本土汉语师资成为一个十分有意义的课题。本文对印尼60所汉语教育和培训机构以及120位汉语教师进行了调查，在总结当前培养形式的基础上，分析了印尼现行本土汉语师资培养存在的一些问题，并提出了相应的解决策略，认为应根据本土师资的需要，创新培养培训形式，努力提高培养的有效性、实用性和针对性。培训应先满足印尼本土汉语师资职业化的需要，然后再过渡到专业化，印尼本土汉语师资专业化的培养是一项极具挑战的工程。

Some Problems and Strategies of Training for Local Chinese Teachers in Indonesia

The long- existing problem of lacking teachers of Chinese has been one of the bottleneck of Chinese international education. How to more effectively train more local Chinese teachers become a very significant issue. In the paper, 60 training institutions and 120 Chinese teachers in Indonesia were investigated. Under the conclusion of the current training forms, the paper analyzes the existing training problems of local Chinese teacher, proposing the corresponding solution strategies, which should be based on the needs of local teachers, innovate the training forms and strive to improve the effectiveness, practicability and pertinence of the training. Training should first meet the occupational needs of local Chinese teachers in Indonesia, then move into profession, which is a very challenging projects.
