新社会阶层整合过程中的问题分析

新社会阶层整合过程中存在三个主要问题：价值观念整合存在薄弱环节，表现为主流价值观念社会整合功能弱化，对新社会阶层的思想特点研究不够，思想政治工作缺乏实效性；政治参与整合的渠道不畅，表现为入党、从政渠道不畅，政治社团的整合渠道不畅；民间组织整合功能发挥不够，表现为民间组织发展程度低，对新社会阶层的吸纳能力不强。

There are three problems in new classes interrogation：valuc interrogation is weak, which mainly exists in not enough research on the thoughts of new social class and ideological and political work is short of effect ness ; the channel of political participating is blocked which is reflected in the blocks of joining in the party and participating in politics ; function of non - government sector can t play enough role which is reflected in the development of non - government organization is low and the adoption of new social class is not powerful.
