警务信息化若干问题研究

警务信息化是当前公安机关面对的重要基础建设之一,是落实“金盾工程”的具体实践,是推进现代警务机制的关键,是提高警务工作效能的具体举措。目前,我国公安机关在信息化建设中仍存在着警务信息的公开性不够、信息采集的质量不高、信息在实践中运用不大、信息共享度不强等问题。鉴此,本文提出了改善警务信息化建设的几条建议。

On Problems of the Informationization of Police Service

The informationization of police service is one of the important foundmental construction which the public security organ faces now, is the practice to implement the concrete practice of "Gold Shield Project", the key to advance modern police service mechanism, and a concrete action to improve the working efficiency of the police service. At present, in the process, the openness of information is not enough, and the gathered information is of low quality and of little use. In this case, this article has proposed several suggestions to improve the informationization construction of police service.
