摘    要:社会主义市场经济体制下的劳动关系呈现出多元化和企业化等特点,其结果是劳动者与用人单位之间的劳动争议经常发生,并且争议比以往任何时候都更加复杂。探讨完善劳动争议处理体制、化解劳动纠纷,可以更好地维护劳动者合法权益。

Abstract:The relations of labour under socia list market economic system has emerged the characteristic of pluralization and enterprisization,Its result is that the disputation between labourer,the main body of relations of labour a nd the unit making use of personnel frequently crops up,and the disputation is even more com plicated than any previous time.Thi s article makes a probe into how to perfect handling s ystem of labour disputation,settle labour issue,safeguard the legilim ate rights and in-terests of labourer.
