当前毒品犯罪形势日益严峻,以四川省广安市为例,全市吸毒人员年耗资保守估计可能有数亿元,涉毒犯罪严重引起防治成本增加,毒品犯罪问题已成为影响广安社会稳定和制约经济发展的一大祸患。深入调查分析广安市毒品犯罪现状、特点及原因,预测其未来趋势,提出相应的对策,对于有效防治毒品犯罪具有重要意义。

Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Drug-Related Crimes The People's Procuratorate of Guang'an Research Group of Drug-Related Crimes

With the continually increasing intensity of drug-related crimes,it has become a scourge which endan- gers the social stability and handicaps the economic development.The drug addicts in Guang'an city of Sichuan prov- ince was singled out as a typical case in this research.Making a conservative estimate,at least several hundred million Yuan has been squandered on taking drugs yearly.As the drug-related crimes have become increasingly rampant,it has resulted in the rapid increase of the cost of cracking down the crimes.On the basis of a thorough investigation on the status quo,characteristics and causes of the drug-related crimes in Guang'an,the present study proposes the countermeasures which will be of profound importance in the effective prevention of drug-related crimes.
