The Conflict and Coordination between the Present Conditions of Women's Development and the Objective of Building a Moderately Prosperous Society in an All-Round Way

Through an analysis of the conflict between the present conditions of China's women's development and the objective of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, this essay analyses the root cause of the conflict, coupled with a proposition for formulating and improving a propelling, coordinating and controlling type of public policy and for strengthening the theoretical research and activated practice as regards the major obstacles to women's employment, women's participation in the deliberation of state affairs and rural women's development, so as to coordinate women's development with the objective of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
