| 针灸对胃粘膜损伤的保护作用及其与NO的关系 |

| 摘 要： | 建立７０％乙醇灌胃致大鼠胃粘膜急性损伤模型，以胃粘膜血流量，胃跨壁电位差，胃粘膜损伤指数为指标，并测定血液中，胃粘膜中一氧化氮含量，研究针灸对胃粘膜损伤的保护作用及其与ＮＯ的关系。结果显示：针灸对胃粘膜损伤具有保护作用。ＮＯ的前体Ｌ－精氨酸和ＮＯ的代价供体硝普钠对胃粘膜也有保护作用，而ＮＯ合成酶的抑制剂Ｎ－亚硝基左旋精氨酸未显示出胃粘膜有保护作用。

THE PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE AND MOXIBUSTION ON THE GASTRIC MUCOSAL DAMAGE AND THE RELATION WITH NITRIC OXIDE IN RATS |

| Abstract: | Acute model of gastric mucosal damage induced by perfusion of the 70% ethanol to stomach was established.Gastric mucosal blood flow,transmucosal potential difference and gastric mucosal lesion index as indexes and the contents of nitric oxide (NO) in blood and gastric mucosal were detected.The protective effect of electroacupuncture(EA) and moxibustion(M) on the gastric mucosal damage in rats and the relation with nitric oxide were studied.The results obtained were as follows:EA and M may show the protective effect on the gastric mucosal damage in rats.Both precursor of NO L arginine(L arg) and donor of NO natrii Nitroprussidum(SNP) may also show the protective effect on the gastric mucosal damage in rats as well.But NO synthesis inhibitor N w nitro L arginine(L NNA) could not show the protective effect of the gastric mucosal damage in rats.Both by pretreament with L arg and SNP,the protective effectof EA and M on the gastric mucosal damage in rats were increased,but by pretreament with L NNA and L arg,the protective effect of EA and M on the gastric mucosal damage were reversed.Conclusion:the protective effect of EA and Mon the gastric mucosal damages in rats was mediated through actvation of L arg NO pathway. |
