开心散对肾缺血再灌注大鼠肾脏保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究中药开心散对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:复制大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,用开心散治疗,观察肾组织病理变化,并对肾组织LDH用显微镜-计算机真彩色图像分析系统分析;测定血清和肾组织SOD、MDA、NO含量。结果:肾缺血1h灌注15min后,肾组织出现明显病理改变,肾小管LDH活性增加;血清和肾组织SOD、NO活性下降,MDA含量升高。结论:开心散具有减轻脂质量过氧化反应、清除自由基、保护血管内皮细胞等作用,这可能是开心散减轻肾缺血再灌注损伤作用机制之一。

PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF KAIXIN POWDER ON KIDNEY IN RATS WITH ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION INJURY

Abstract:Objective:To study the protective actionof Kaixin powder on the kidney in the cases of ischemia-reperfusion injury.Method:The models of ischemia-reperfusion injury were constructed in rats.The pathological changes of the tissues in the kidney were observed and shades of lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH)in the kidney tissue were analyzed with computer.The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdihyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO) in the serum and kidney tissues were measured.Result:After ischemia of the kidney tissues was kept for 1 hour and reperfusion 15 minutes,significant pathological changes in the kidney tissues was kept for 1 hour and LDH in the renal tubulars were increased.The activity of SOD and NO in the serum and kidney tissue were decreased and the content of MDA were increased.After Kaixin powder was administered,the activity of SOD and NO were increased,the content of MDA were lowered and the pathological changes of the kidney tissues were improved.Conclusion:Kaixin powder can alleviate lipid peroxidation,get rid of free radicals and protect the endothelial cell of blood vessels.This may be one of the mechanisms that improve ischemia-reperfusion injury of the kidney.
