一种人工栽培霍山石斛内生真菌的分离鉴定及其组织分布

摘    要:目的对霍山石斛内生真菌进行分离鉴定,为揭示霍山石斛与内生真菌的共生关系提供依据。方法运用组织分离法对栽培霍山石斛内生真菌进行分离,采用形态学与分子生物学相结合的手段对其进行鉴定。结果从霍山石斛中分离得到12株内生真菌,鉴定为6属12种,分别为Fusarium guttiforme、Phyllosticta aristolochiicola、Stagonosporopsis crystalliniformis、Aspergillus tubingensis、Aspergillus flavus、Colletotrichum orchidophilum、Acrocalymma aquatica、Fusarium keratoplasticum、Fusarium bactridioides、Aspergillus ochraceus、Fusarium pseudensiforme、Colletotrichum brisbanense。结论霍山石斛中内生真菌种类丰富,且在不同组织中分布存在差异性。

Isolation, Identification, and Tissue Distribution of Endophytic Fungi in Cultivated Dendrobium huoshanense

Abstract:Objective To isolate and identify endophytic fungi from Dendrobium huoshanense, and to provide a basis for investigating the symbiotic relationship between Dendrobium huoshanense and endophytic fungi. Methods Tissue isolation was applied to isolate endophytic fungi from cultivated Dendrobium huoshanense, and morphology and molecular biology were used to identify these fungi. Results A total of 12 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Dendrobium huoshanense and identified as 12 species in 6 genera. These fungi were Fusarium guttiforme, Phyllosticta aristolochiicola, Stagonosporopsis crystalliniformis, Aspergillus tubingensis, Aspergillus flavus, Colletotrichum orchidophilum, Acrocalymma aquatica, Fusarium keratoplasticum, Fusarium bactridioides, Aspergillus ochraceus, Fusarium pseudensiforme, and Colletotrichum brisbanense. Conclusion There are rich species of endophytic fungi in Dendrobium huoshanense, with different distributions in various tissues.
