胜红丸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫临床研究

目的：观察胜红丸加减治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效。方法：符合要求的病例随机纳入治疗组与对照组。治疗组34例用胜红丸加减治疗，对照组36例用西沙必利治疗，其它治疗方法两组相同，疗程2周。结果：治疗组对厌食、食欲减退、餐后上腹部不适及上腹胀满的疗效有优势，对照组对恶心的疗效有优势。治疗组控制症状的有效率为94.1％，对照组为66.7％；治疗组改善胃蠕动有效率为91.2％，对照组为63.9％，均具有明显统计学意义。结论：胜红丸加减治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效确切，机制可能与改善胃节律、增强胃蠕动有关。

CLINICAL RESEARCH OF DIABETIC GASTROPARESIS TREATED WITH SHENGHONG PILL

Objective:To research the effect of Shenghong pill on diabetic gastroparesis.Method:The patients suitable for demand were divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group(34 cases)was treated with Shenghong pill,and control group(36 cases)with Cisapride.Other treatment measures were the same.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Result:Treatment group had better effect on anorexia,poor appetite,post food up abdominal discomfort and fullness of up abdomen than thase of control group,but control group better on nausea than that of treatment group.The effective rate of symptoms are 94.1% in treatment group and 6.7% in control group.Conclusion:The effect of diabetic gastroparesis treated with Shenghong pill is definite.Its mechanism might be related to improving gastro rhythm and promoting gastro movement.
