| 摘 要： | 当前城市农民工社会保障制度建设的迫切任务,是以农民工最迫切的需要和为农民工谋取实际利益为出发点,制定符合农民工及我国制度环境实际并切实可行的过渡性方案,以健全并实施工伤保险和面向农民工的最低生活保障两项社会保障制度为重点,逐步建立有限制、有选择、自愿性的医疗保险、失业保险和养老保险。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the social insurance system for the farmer-workers in the city is an urgent task.The transitional proposals should be practicable and should take their urgent interests and needs as well as the reality of China into consideration.The focus should be on the insurance of their job-related injury and the poverty line with a gradual establishment of a limited,selective and volunteer medical insurance,unemployment insurance and pension insurance. |
