| Abstract: | The guaranty period is a mixed Scheduled period and a relatively unchangeable period. It is a radically scheduled period whose fundamental function is excluding a right. And, withal, Judicial Interpretations explicitly provided that the regulation of suspension, discontinuance and prolongation is applied to the guaranty period. |
