转型时期库区农村社会维稳工作的探索与实践——以广西大化县岩滩库区维稳工作为例

转型中利益格局呈现多元化趋势,不同利益群体之间的博弈引发的社会矛盾日益凸显。基于广西大化瑶族自治县的社会治安维稳工作经验,以及转型时期库区社会治安维稳工作面临的挑战以及问题症结,需逐步建立和谐的干群关系,探索社会矛盾化解机制,构建＂防、控、打＂管控一体化体系,以维护社会治安稳定。

Exploration and Practice of the Maintenance of Rural Social Security Stability during the Transition Period——Taking the work of Yantan Reservoir of Dahua County of Guangxi as an example

As the pattern of interests tends to be diversified in the transition period, social contradictions caused by the gaming of different interest groups are surging. Based on the experience accumulated in the keeping of social security stability in Dahua Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi, this paper analyzes the current challenges and problems on the maintenance of social security stability in the transition period and puts forward steps in maintaining social security stability including establishing harmonious relationship between cadres and the masses and exploring a mechanism to resolve social contradictions by constructing a system integrated with measures of ＂prevention, control and combat＂.
