| 摘 要： | 2006年1月1日起施行的《中华人民共和国公务员法》规定：＂国家实行工资调查制度,定期进行公务员和企业相当人员工资水平的调查比较,并将工资调查比较结果作为调整公务员工资水平的依据。＂据此,本文对实施公务员工资水平调查的背景、意义、战略目标、近期目标及工作难点进行了分析,以期为建立科学合理的公务员水平调查制度有所裨益。
