| 摘 要： | 我们的社会处于伟大的变革时期 ,变革的社会需要法学“巨人”。法学家必须具备三种时代精神才能担负起时代所赋予的历史使命。法学家的时代精神为 :权利正义精神、创新精神和批判精神 ;法学家的历史使命为 :开创中国的权利文化 ,构建中国的法治思想理论及培育中国的法律化道德思想体系。

| Abstract: | Our society undergoing the great change needs colossi of the science of law badly. Jurist can't burden the historic mission entrusted by the times without three kinds of spirit of the times: the spirit of right and justice; the spirit of blazing the new trails; the spirit of criticism. The historic missions are: to initiate the Chinese "right" culture, to form Chinese ideological theory of rule by law; and cultivate Chinese ideological system of morality uplifted to the legal level. |
