Thoughts on Rebuilding the Interest Rate System of Housing Fund

In the system of housing fund,Interest rate system has been lacking.This situation has restricted the housing accumulation fund system development.In recent years,there was a dozen times change in interest rate system.By analyzing it,this paper reasoned the affection those change to the system of housing fund.Through analyzing the data,this paper reasoned the problem of the interest rate system,and advised how to build a new favorable,independent,associated interest rate system.
