| Abstract: | Development theory carries out unceasing evolution from one-dimension to four-dimension after World War Two. While the CCP overcomes the shortcomings of the past development theory,it also absorbs the merits, and puts forward the scientific outlook on development. The seientificity of the scientific outlook on development is reflected in： comprehensiveness, significance and balance. |
