| Abstract: | Legislation of european community and its member stat es are very developed in the world. At the beginning of this paper, the author rev iews the legislative system on recycled economy. Then the author expatiates on l egislative aims and basic legislative principles, and concludes system of their legislative institutions on recycled economy. Basing on these works, the author discusses European Community and its member states' suggestions to Chinese legis lation on recycled economy. |
