| 摘 要： | 农村黑恶势力犯罪作为黑恶势力犯罪的分支和走向,已经严重影响着农村社会治安的稳定和人民群众的生产和生活。文章对甘肃农村黑恶势力犯罪的基本情况进行了归纳,对该犯罪的规律和特点进行了总结,尤其对该犯罪的发展趋势和深层次原因进行了预测和分析,并提出了坚持"露头就打,除恶务尽"的方针,加强农村警务建设,创新农村警务工作新机制等五项具体预防对策。

| Abstract: | Crime by rural evil forces as the trend which affected seriously rural stability and life of people. Therefore, summary has been made on qeneral situation of rural evil forces in Gansu, together with its criminal charaterstics and rules, especially, analysis and prediction made on criminal trends and deepen causes to put forward the stategy of "Stricking when in emerquence to eradicate evils" to strenghten rural police service and create five countertmeasures towards rural police new working mechaniem. |
