大学生法纪观念的现状与解决方略研究

增强大学生的法纪观念在我国法治进程中具有重要地位。鉴于当代大学生社会主体法治意识不强等原因，大学生法纪观念的增强在社会整体转型的特殊时期面临着法治困境。这需要我们从整体性和差异性着眼探寻我国高校法治的建立，找出大学生法纪观念缺失的解决方略，建构了一套增强大学生法纪观念的管理机制，以期建立现代整体法治社会。

Study on Status of College Students' Concept of Law and Discipline and Its Solution

Strengthening the students' concept of law and order is important in the process of the rule of law in China.In view of the contemporary college students weak social awareness of the rule of law,and other reasons,it has to face difficulties of the rule of law during the transition of the whole community to enhance the students' concept of law and order,we need to explore the establishment of the rule of law from the overall and different angle and find the solution strategy of Students' concept of law and order.With a view to establish the rule of law in modern society,we have to construct a set of management mechanism to enhance the students' concept of law and order.
