| Abstract: | The concept that aims at the information-based and the national competition ability carries on the definition, measuring the influence degree by calculating the information-based level of our country to the main index of the national competition ability, putting forward to the tactics that makes use of the information-based means to raise the national competition ability, and carrying the outlook on the information-based and the national competition ability. |
