The Key Issues and Countermeasures of Intellectual Property Services Development

Intellectual property services sector is one of the important types of high-tech service industry,and is a new growth point of the modern service industry.In this paper,firstly,the importance of developing intellectual property services is described.Intellectual property services sector is an important part of the modern service industry,and to develop intellectual property services is in favor of the adjustment of economic structure and the transformation of the mode of economic development in China.Then the six relations about the development of intellectual property services are analyzed,including the relationship between public welfare and commercialization,information resource management and open,analyzing tools relied on input and self-development,personnel needs and vocational qualifications,governmental support and market cultivation,statistical systems and industry contribution rate.At last,some strategies of intellectual property service development are presented,such as to rationalize the institutional mechanisms,promote the utilization of basic information resources,strengthen sector management,expand the scope of services,cultivate high-end service agencies,and expand personnel.
