| 摘 要： | 邱兴华案留下来的不应该仅仅是某个“片段”或某个“层次”的意义，如程序正义，它具有“场”的意义。本文运用布迪厄的场域理论分析了邱兴华案在司法场域是如何展开的及其出现的偏离，并顺便论及了与司法场域参与者有关的几个问题，如“法律人可能的贡献”、“法院改革司法”等。
